For more than 15 years I have helped teams across the U.S., Latin America, and Australia build systems that actually work. Sometimes that meant running IT infrastructure, setting up CRMs, or leading product teams. Often it just meant being the person who fixed the problem nobody else wanted to touch.
My road went from cleaning buildings in Australia to leading engineering and product teams at fast growing startups, including helping scale CloudTask from 30 to nearly 300 people. More recently I built the CRM and business intelligence module inside Keybe's AI sales product. One lesson stuck with me through all of it: when the tech breaks, people struggle, and when it works, people thrive.
I started Aluna to give local owners that same kind of help, minus the agency runaround: a clean, fast website that gets you found and gets your phone ringing, built by a real person you can call.
