Why we started Aluna
These days anyone can build a website. AI tools can put one together in an afternoon, and everyone is doing it. The problem is that most of those sites never show up on Google, never get picked up by AI assistants like ChatGPT, and never turn a visitor into a call.

I have spent the last 15 plus years helping teams across the U.S., Latin America, and Australia build better systems, whether that meant managing IT infrastructure, implementing CRMs, leading product teams, or simply showing up to solve the problem no one else wanted to touch.
My journey took me from cleaning buildings in Australia to leading engineering and product departments in fast growing startups, including helping scale CloudTask from 30 to nearly 300 people. More recently I helped Keybe implement the CRM and business intelligence module inside their AI sales tool product. What stuck with me through all of it is simple: when systems break, people struggle. When systems work, people thrive.
I started Aluna to give local business owners that same kind of support: a clean, fast website built without the agency runaround, so they can get found and get calls.
