I run the tech side for a Nashville roofing company, and for the music venue I co own.
The website, the CRM and the follow up, and getting found on Google and on AI search. All of it handled, by one person you can call. I take three clients at a time.
Tell me about your business →A pretty website is decoration. Yours should collect data and book customers. Here is what gets built in the first 90 days, and what happens every month after.
The build: 90 days
The promise, in four parts.
The growth work
After launch, the machine gets smarter every month.
The guarantee
Before the build starts, we agree the 90 day outcome in writing: a specific number we both sign off on. If we miss it, I keep working at no extra charge for up to 90 more days until we hit it.
Three clients maximum, on purpose. When it is full, it is full.
What one customer is worth
The math only has to work once.
Roofing company
In general a roofing job can run about $50,000. One extra job pays for years of this.
Venue
One booked event is about $4,000. Two of them cover the build.
Restaurant
One new regular is worth about $400 a year. A handful of new regulars covers the monthly work.
Proven on real businesses before it was sold
If ChatGPT does not know your business exists, neither do your next customers. Here is what happened when these businesses got visible and got their data in order.
HOME
Our own venue, and where the system gets tested first.
- Bounce rate cut by 50%
- About $2,000 more per month in revenue
- 8 tours a week, converting at 25% to membership
Acosta Roofing
- Full control of invoicing, so money stopped leaking from projects
- Stopped losing money on projects
- Simpler tax reporting
And my own proof: a DJ app that gains close to one new user every day from search and AI visibility alone, zero ad spend, with paying subscribers. I test everything on my own businesses before I sell it to you.
How long this takes
The website and the CRM work from day one. Getting found takes longer, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
Growth is not magic and it is not immediate. It is testing, reading the numbers, and making the next decision from what they say. I would rather tell you that now than explain it to you in month two.
If you want to know how I work before you decide, call the roofing company. I will give you the number.
Common questions
What does the $5,000 build include?
The full 90 day promise: a website built to convert and collect data, CRM infrastructure connected for leads, invoicing, and follow up, full visibility online including AI search like ChatGPT and Google, and tracking installed so every growth decision comes from data. You own all of it, including the code.
What does the $1,000 a month cover?
The website, the CRM and the search work run together instead of as separate jobs, and one call a month where we look at the real numbers and decide the next move. You deal with me directly. This is a different thing from the $700 monthly plan, which keeps an existing site running but does not include the monthly decisions or the CRM work.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Before the build starts, we agree the 90 day outcome in writing: a specific number we both sign off on. If we miss it, I keep working at no extra charge for up to 90 more days until we hit it.
Who is this for?
Local businesses in the US, starting with Nashville: contractors, venues, restaurants, and service businesses that live off calls, quotes, and bookings. We work in English and Spanish.
Why do you only take three clients at a time?
Three clients maximum, on purpose. Every client works directly with the person doing the work, not an account manager. When it is full, it is full.
Do I own the website and my data?
Yes. The website, the code, and your customer data are yours. If you ever leave, everything comes with you. No lock in.
Growth is not magic. It is data plus patience.
Tell me about your business. If the system fits, I will show you exactly what it would look like for you, and give you one fixed price before we start. Three slots. When it is full, it is full.
